Ynique, pronounced yih-neek (like unique with a “Y”), was launched in 2015 at the brink of the blogging age. The business of making money online started to gain popularity and Instagram became less of a community-based app and more of a general social media app, like Facebook. I always knew Ynique was a brand I wanted to grow. I didn’t know how it would evolve or what would come of my efforts and since its inception, I launched a YouTube channel and jumped on the TikTok bandwagon. I am currently in the process of launching Ynique Beauty, a freelance make-up artistry business. I work fulltime as a Senior Recruiter at an advertising agency.
